	• All materials made available by Jelmer Reyntjes PhotoGraphy are also made available to others, you don't have exclusivity. • The copyrights of the material made available, including photographs and text, are held by Jelmer Reyntjes. We will act against any infringement on his rights, in the broadest sense of the word and we will claim damages. If you want to use our images, you can obtain these rights under certain conditions. The buyer shall make sure that the name of Jelmer Reyntjes or his website are mentioned clearly next to a published photograph, or that these names are recorded in the colophon with a reference to the relevant photograph and page. In case of non-compliance with this condition the amount due in publishing rights shall be increased at least by 150%. Two examples of this copyright notice are: " © Jelmer Reyntjes " or " © www.jelmer.net ". • If you fulfil these conditions, you can make a one time reproduction of the image. If you want to use the image for another publication, new arrangements have to be made. • You may use the image as it is. Minor digitally altering of the picture is allowed: cropping or mirroring It is not allowed to digitally alter the pictures in any other form. Loss of picture quality due too digitally altering of the picture is for the customers it own risk. • As Jelmer Reyntjes PhotoGraphy is not a registered company and is there for not allowed too calculate VAT. All prices mentioned on www.jelmer.net are without VAT. • All deliveries will be made in a digital way, and have to be downloaded by the customer. • For security reasons the customer is allowed too have 3 downloads attempts of the persuade picture. If the customer is not able to download the image within these 3 attempts he or she should contact the webmaster of www.jelmer.net . • We do a big effort to make a correct determination of the place and or species. We can not be held responsible however for any damage or loss due to any incorrectness of the identity of the image. • Although a written agreement is normally not made, for each use of our pictures or text these conditions apply.
